Why plan with Education Path Finder?

Signing up to plan with Education Path Finder is a great way to become your own boss. You decide when you will be available to plan, what you will charge per hour, and what type of planning you will offer. Our online planning software allows you to voice chat, text chat, and share a whiteboard with your students to create a comprehensive planning experience.

Signing up with Education Path Finder

In order to ensure the quality and integrity of the Education Path Finder marketplace, all planners will be required to fill out the online application and complete a background check. Planners will also be required to complete a short Skype® interview with an Education Path Finder representative, which you can schedule at your convenience.

Scheduling and Payment

When you sign up to plan with Education Path Finder, you are required to select the times that you will be available to help students on this site however you may edit your availability any time you wish. If you are contracted for a planning session, it will be your responsibility to be online to start the session at the stated time and end the session once the time is complete. If you choose to schedule times during which you will accept appointments, you will be given 24 hour notice of any appointments that are scheduled.

Education Path Finder charges a commission of 18% for each planning session you complete. Education Path Finder uses a part of this commission to fund our marketing campaigns and support our technology.

Planners will be paid bi-weekly and will need to set up a PayPal account in order to accept payment. Please sign-up for a PayPal account if you do not already have one by visiting this link: https://www.paypal.com/home.

Suggested Planning Aids

Our online planning software requires speakers and a microphone. While you can easily use the software with a mouse or mouse pad, a digital writing pad may come in handy for optimized interaction on the whiteboard tool.

Questions or Comments

While our vetting process ensures the quality of planners on this site, Education Path Finder understands that issues may arise. Each planning session is recorded by Education Path Finder. Customer complaints will be accepted up to 24 hours after a planning session has occurred. The planner will be notified of the issue and upon review of the complaint Education Path Finder will notify all parties of their final decision.
